The basics of Slow Move Fitness revolve around fluidity to obtain greater body awareness while acquiring more muscle mass and flexibility. Never will your muscles have worked so intensely in a calm and zen environment!
How should I use the videos?
We recommend that you train with the same video for 12 weeks before moving on to the next one. However, you can change the difficulty level of your workout during this period. For example, you can try the beginner level for 4 weeks, the intermediate level for 4 weeks and the advanced level for 4 weeks.
Is Slow Move Fitness difficult?
You will work hard, but you can choose between three levels of difficulty: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Slow Move Fitness is for everyone, whether you are a new mom, a senior or an athlete.
What equipment do I need?
You will only need an exercise mat, a towel and a bottle of water.
How long do the videos last?
Each video lasts one hour.
What does the at home subscription include?
The monthly and yearly subscriptions give you access to six Slow Move Fitness videos, including six new videos every year.
